Describe your design aesthetic in a few words?

A room should be beautiful without furniture and “less is definitely more”.

What do you love about using antiques in your designs?

Antiques bring presence to a space. Belongings hold on to our energy even after we are gone.  A chair, a vase, or a glass pot,  resonate with us, and we have feelings that attach to them,  and years later when they are moved to a new place the energy is still around them.

What inspires you?

Nature inspires me. Nature is ever changing and ever evolving.  Each color creates a feeling,  I was just in Panama in a vast white modern jungle home with white walls surrounding it. Pink ginger flowers were in the jungle and I suggested to the owner painting a small wall by the pool in the same pink. Colour stimulates all animals including humans, and Nature provides a never ending spectrum for a designer’s palette.

What can you never have too much of?

Never too much natural product: stone,  wool,  silk,  and wood… love all Mother Nature’s gifts. I don’t like Caesar stone or wood vinyl at all it’s all fake news to me
