1) Describe your design aesthetic in a few words?

Jacob-Lukas has a design aesthetic of comfort and everyday luxury. Our interiors are layered, eclectic and have a “grand tour” approach to living with collections. Surrounding yourself with the things that bring you joy. Certainly not the match, it is the mix of furnishings that give a room it’s personality and soul.

2) What do you love about using antiques in your designs?

Antiques and collections give a room an immediate sense of history. Using antique or vintage pieces, helps to give our spaces a cozy and elegant patina. Not only do antiques lend history to a room, but they add a sense of familiarity and comfort. Living and decorating with antiques is also an ongoing education.

3) What inspires you?

Our travels, a common love of the decorative arts, architecture and history continue to inspire the interiors we create
