Luxury Design, Past & Present
This rare set designed by Paul McCobb (1917-1969) as part of the Planner Group for Winchendon circa 1955, features a removable cantilevered vanity which rests between matching three drawer dressers. The vanity, which attaches to either side of the dressers, has a flip top with an interior mirror and inset storage compartments. The set retains all original hardware including McCobb's signature brass pulls. The dressers rest on splayed legs typical of the designer and the period.
Designer and manufacturer are identified inside a drawer.
