Belgian designer Alfred Hendrickx was born in 1931. He collaborated with Belgian furniture manufacturer Belform throughout the Midcentury, designing elegant, sculptural pieces including tables, seating, and storage solutions. His 1950s and 1960s pieces have been recently rediscovered on the vintage market, sought after for their more “Industrial-style” take on the Midcentury Scandinavian look, using both fine woods like rosewood and teak and less luxurious materials like laminates and steel.
