The unusual 19th-century shellwork standing mirror is in the form of a harp. The mirror is decorated with a mosaic of a delightful variety of naturally coloured shells such as whelks, little slippers, coquinas, and clams along with bits of coral. The harp rests upon an ebonized plinth.
