Luxury Design, Past & Present
The presented jewelry box can be clearly attributed to the Auböck workshop designs of the 1940s since white metal (tin or zinc) has only been used within this period.
The anodized top of the lid shows an elegant differentiation within the experimental use of the material. The screw mounting of the brass sides are common for boxes from this early period 1930-late 1940s.
In beautiful vintage condition.
