Luxury Design, Past & Present
Glamour and luxury jewelry began in Hollywood during the 1940's and 1950's with the be-jeweled glamour gals. This fabulous retro bracelet is a fine example from that era (ca1940). An absolutely stunning piece, the bracelet is made of 14kt rose gold and comprised of 7 heavy scrolled links. With an unusual and striking design, the links have a curled shape and 3-dimensional look. Connecting each gold link is a platinum topped connector which is detailed with 3 old Mine Cut diamonds. The diamonds have an approximate overall total weight of 3.00ctw, color in the I-J range, and clarity in the SI1-SI2 range. The clasp is topped with platinum and incorporated into the design and there is a safety chain for added security. This bracelet would fit nicely on a small to medium size wrist. It's an absolutely stunning bracelet and would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures 7 1/4" long, 3/4" wide and has a depth of 1/4". The bracelet has a pennyweight of 44.0 dwt.
Condition: The overall condition is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the gold and platinum links and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
