An antique jewelry box of the sought after Asian exotic hardwood calamander, fitted inside with wooden compartments and a writing tablet in the upper section and a cushioned silk lined compartmented drawer in the lower portion. Late 19th century. Some normal tight age cracks to the wood, all stable. Light wear to the leather interior fittings.
