A very handsome pair of heavy highly polished brass andirons with double lemon top finials and scrolled flat strap work bases terminating in half ball feet. Brass cladding curves around behind to a log stop finial. Mid-20th century in the Federal manner, very good quality. One log stop finial is angled back: not visible from the front.
