Luxury Design, Past & Present
An unusually graceful American Sheraton Pembroke table of exceptionally finely figured mahogany. The leaves of serpentine form along with the turned and reeded legs indicate a likely New York/Pennsylvania origin. The single drawer has a handsome brass knob. Drawer and leaves function smoothly. Very attractive smooth finish. Typical signs of age: some irregularities, separations in the grain, light ink stains on the top, very good condition over all. Ca. 1820.
