Each of the classical dressed maidens holds a vessel with cascading fruits from a jar and four outstretched arms for candles. She stands on a raised dais above a rectangular Carrara-marble column. The inverted panel on the front has an ormolu panel of cupid, the messenger of love, showing his strength by riding on the king of the beasts. The whole is supported on a thick fossil granite.
